1–31 May 2026: For hotel guests only
The restaurant is open exclusively to guests of the Hotel San Gian. During this period, only a limited selection of dishes will be on offer; unfortunately, our regular menu will NOT be available.

From 1 June 2026: Open
The restaurant will resume full operations as usual.
